Jip Hinten

Jip Hinten (1994) is interested in the connections between small and large art venues, galleries and museums in the Netherlands. Since 2015 she is the curator of Expositieruimte 38CC in Delft, a non-profit organization where she realizes exhibitions with both young emerging and more established international contemporary artists. She is also an editor at Tubelight, an independent online and offline platform for art criticism. After studying art history and heritage studies, she worked as a junior curator at the Kröller-Müller Museum in Otterlo from 2017 till the end of 2022. There she worked on a large-scale research into the history of the former Amsterdam based gallery Art & Project (1968-2001) in preparation for an extensive publication and exhibition that will take place in the museum in the autumn of 2023.
